Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 Business Days. However, production times vary depending on volume of business at the time of purchase. Check back frequently with order number to see what stage in the process your item/items are currently in. Most orders have a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

As soon as your order is processed for shipping you will be notified via email with any necessary details. 

Damages

GYO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing the claim.
